Being calibrated today ready for despatch on Monday are these two stainless steel toggle load cells. The smaller one is rated at 10 tonnes while the larger load cell has a 22 tonne load rating, and they will be installed on the swivel hook of an articulated crane to provide load monitoring.  These load cells feature an eye/eye configuration, but can be manufactured to have fork/fork or eye/fork ends to suit specific requirements. This type of load cell was chosen to provide the best accuracy (<0.5% of rated load), as being located at the end of the hook removes the need to factor in the varying angles of the articulated boom.
